All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully completed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

Fiore Beauty Shop charges a flat shipping fee of $20.00 for all orders under $200.00. Orders totaling $200.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our primary business location within the USA.

Estimated delivery times are typically 3–5 business days depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Fiore Beauty Shop is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier delays, weather conditions, or events outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return or replacement, the item must remain unused, in brand-new condition, and include the original packaging. Photos or videos of the issue may be required for verification.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Fiore Beauty Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding these claims.
